textured oak sculpture and within Fuhrman\u2019s sense of space.\u00a0<span style=\"font-style: normal; line-height: 24px;\">The collaboration expands the visual and conceptual contexts of each artist and their separate work<\/span><span style=\"font-style: normal; line-height: 24px;\">s<\/span><span style=\"font-style: normal; line-height: 24px;\">.<\/span><span style=\"font-style: normal; line-height: 24px;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: normal; line-height: 24px;\">Ancientness, timelessness and connection to the ground run through both artists&#8217; work.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #cc9966;\">The music\u2019s underlying themes are of \u201cthirst, obsession, desperation, hysteria\u201d. The libretto is based on the legend that some arctic peoples hunt wolves by imbedding a sharp blade in a block of ice.
